Viewing offer letters
Recruiters can view offer letters on job applications that are successfully sent.
The content of the offer letter is dependent on the configuration and text variables that administrators and recruiter administrators set.
If an administrator gives recruiters permission to edit offer letters, recruiters can edit the body text before they send the offer letter to the candidate.
The offer letter is generated as a PDF document.
If formatting issues, such as inadequate or unneeded spacing between paragraphs, are noticeable in the offer letter PDF, these tips may be useful:
- For optimal results, create and edit offer paragraphs and offer letter templates using the SoHo 4 UX web interface.
- The HTML editor in the Offer Paragraph setup screen can be used to add or remove line breaks between paragraphs.
- Offer paragraphs and offer letter templates should be edited in the same version of the Infor web interface in which they were created. If this is not possible, you can click HTML to use the HTML editor to format your letter.
- Click Requisitions.
- In the job list, select a requisition.
- Click All.
- Select a job application.
- Click .
- Click Core Profile,Talent Profile, or Hiring Process.
- In the Quick Links pane, click Attachments.
