Defining question categories

As an administrator, you can define question categories.
  1. Select Administration.
  2. Click the Codes tab.
  3. In the Question pane, click Question Catalog.
  4. On the Question Categories tab, click Create.
  5. Specify this information:
    Effective Date

    Specify the effective date for the question category.

    Question Catalog

    Select the recruiting catalog. This field may already be filled for you.

    Question Category

    Specify the name of the question category. For example, FLORIST.

    Description

    Specify a description for the category. If you leave this field blank, the question category name is used.
