Validating workflow quick actions

When quick actions have been configured, it is recommended that you validate the hiring workflow to ensure that everything has been set up properly.

If the validation for a workflow fails, then resolve any issues that result from this validation. You must verify these information:
  • The Advance Candidate, Discontinue with Candidate and Hold Candidate actions are added as actions on each appropriate workflow step.
  • Automations are added for each workflow step to designate the Move to Step action.
  • Use the Run Upon option of Quick Move Yes/No/Maybe for the Advance Candidate, Discontinue with Candidate, or Hold Candidate actions.
  1. Select Talent Acquisition > Workflows.
  2. Click the workflow to which you added quick actions.
  3. Select ... > Validate Workflow.
