Updating note templates

As an administrator, you update a note template.
  1. Select Administration.
  2. Click the Templates tab.
  3. Click Notes.
  4. Right-click a note template and select Update.
  5. Specify this information:
    Note Template
    Specify the name of the template.
    Description
    Specify the short description of the note template.
    Text
    Specify the content of the note.
    Category
    Select the category of the note template.

    Categories are used to organize templates by type.

    Active
    Optionally, clear this check box to make the note template inactive in the system.
  6. To add variable text, click the menu icon in Text and click Text Variable Replacement.
    From Text Variable Replacement, select the variable text to add in the note.

    For example, the variable text is {OrganizationName}.

    Thank you for your interest in

  7. Click Save.
