As an administrator, you update a note template.

- Click the Templates tab.
- Click Notes.
- Right-click a note template and select .
- Specify this information:

Specify the name of the template.

Specify the short description of the note template.

Specify the content of the note.

Category

Select the category of the note template.
Categories are used to organize templates by type.

Active

Optionally, clear this check box to make the note template inactive in the system.
- To add variable text, click the menu icon in Text and click .
From , select the variable text to add in the note.
For example, the variable text is {OrganizationName}.
