Configuring the default offer letter and email templates for organizations

Administrators and recruiter administrators can configure the default offer letter templates and offer email templates for the job requisitions of an organization that is enabled with the quick offer process.

Before you configure the quick offer process for organizations, you must select the Enable Quick Offer Process check box.

Before you enable the quick offer process, system administrators must perform these actions:
  1. Select Talent Acquisition > Administration > Primary.
  2. Right-click an organization and select Open.
  3. On the Features tab, select the Enable Quick Offer Process check box to enable the quick offer process for recruiter administrators and recruiters in Talent Acquisition.
    If you select the Enable Quick Offer Process check box, the Configure link is displayed. After you configure, the quick default offer letter templates and the default offer email template are displayed on the Requisition Default tab.
  4. Configure the quick offer process for an organization:
    1. Click Configure.
    2. Select the default offer letter template to use for an organization's job requisition.
    3. Select the default offer email template to use for an organization's job requisition.
    4. Click Submit.
