Configuring the different offer templates for candidates

Administrators and recruiter administrators can configure the different offer letter templates and offer email templates for these candidates in a job requisition:
  • Internal candidate
  • External candidate
Before you can configure the quick offer process for organizations, system administrators must perform these actions: Recruiters can update different offer letter templates and offer email templates.

  1. Select Talent Acquisition > Administration > Primary.
  2. Right-click an organization and select Open.
  3. On the Features tab, select the Allow Different Offer Templates for External and Internal Candidates check box to use different offer letter templates and offer email templates for internal and external candidates.
  4. Configure the offer letter templates and offer email templates:
    1. Select the offer letter templates to use for the Define Offer action.
    2. Optionally, select the Override Offer Letter Template in Position Configuration check box to use the default offer letter templates that you configure for an organization when you create a job requisition.
    3. Select the offer letter templates and offer email templates for external candidates.
    4. Select the offer letter templates and offer email templates for internal candidates.
  5. Click Submit.
