Viewing the job applications from a hiring workflow step

You can view job applications from a specific workflow step of a hiring workflow.

To load job applications faster from a specific workflow step in a hiring workflow, you must enable the Enhance Workflow List Performance feature toggle.

You can search a job application on a workflow step using these filters:
  • Last name of the candidate
  • Candidate type
  • Email of the candidate
  • Phone number of the candidate
  • Recruiter of the job posting
  • Hiring manager of the job posting
  1. Click Workflows.
  2. Select ... > Search.
  3. Specify the name of the hiring workflow.
  4. Optionally, select the status of the hiring workflow.
  5. Click Search.
  6. Select the hiring workflow.
  7. Select a step in the workflow to view job applications for that step.
  8. Optionally, search for a specific job application on a workflow step:
    1. Click Filter.
    2. Specify the last name, type, email, phone number, recruiter, or hiring manager of the candidate in a job application.
    3. Click Search.
