Creating a workflow

You can create one or more workflows for each organization. After you create the workfow, you must configure workflow steps, details, categories, and communications. Then you can assign the workflow to one or more requisitions.

  1. Select Talent Acquisition > Administration.
  2. Click Recruiting Setup.
  3. Select Workflow > Hiring.
  4. Click Create.
  5. Specify this information:
    Hiring Workflow
    Specify the name of the workflow.
    Description
    Specify a user-friendly description of the workflow. This field is translatable.
    Active
    Make the workflow available in the requisition so that recruiters can use the workflow for a requisition.
    Use As Default
    Select this check box to use the workflow as the default for the requisition.
    If you set a default workflow, then the workflow is used for the requisition. The recruiter chooses an alternate workflow during the requisition process. You can select one default workflow for each organization.
    Manage Filled Openings
    Select the action that is used to manage the FilledOpenings count for Requisitions that use the workflow.

  6. Click Save.
