Deleting offer letter templates

As an administrator, you can only delete offer letter templates that are not being used.

  1. Select Administration.
  2. Click the Templates tab.
  3. Click Offer Letters.
  4. Select an offer letter template and click Delete.
  5. In the pop-up dialog, click Yes.
    Note: An offer letter template cannot be deleted if it is used in a job application.
