Migrating configurable hiring workflow features

When you enable a configurable hiring workflow, you can schedule a migration to migrate the new workflow features to the organization. You can view that status of a migration in the status report, which is accessible from the scheduling menu and from and the reports menu.

Note: Recruiters and administrators who work in organizations that use both configurable hiring workflow and the classic workflow can use two requisitions menus: Requisitions and Requisitions Classic.

Before you migrate the new workflow features, you must back up the data of your organization.

  1. Select Talent Acquisition > Organization Configuration.
  2. Double-click the organization.
  3. Click More > Configurable Hiring Workflow.
  4. Click Required.
  5. Schedule the migration.
  6. Click Save.
