Setting a default offer letter template for a position

As an administrator, you can set a default offer letter template for a position. The offer letter template is selected by default when creating a new requisition for a position. When a default offer letter is specified, recruiters are not required to select an offer letter template when they define offers.
  1. In HR Administration, select Administration.
  2. In the Structure pane, click Jobs And Positions.
  3. Click the Positions tab.
  4. Double-click a position and click the Talent Acquisition tab.
  5. In the Offer Letter Template field, select an offer letter template. This list only shows active templates. Ensure that the template selected has paragraphs assigned or an error occurs. The offer letter template description populates as read-only based on the template selected.
