Updating offer letter and signature paragraphs

You can update the text of an offer letter paragraph, change eligibility groups, and deactivate or activate it.
  1. Select Administration.
  2. Click the Recruiting Setup tab.
  3. In the Offer Letter pane, click Paragraphs.
  4. Double-click an offer letter paragraph or signature paragraph.
  5. On the Details tab, specify this information:
    Description
    Specify the offer letter paragraph or signature paragraph's description to identify its purpose or audience.
    Category
    Select the category of the offer letter paragraph.
    Active
    Select the check box to make the offer letter paragraph or signature paragraph that is available in the system. Clear the check box to make the paragraph unavailable.
    Body
    Specify the paragraph text.
  6. Click Save.
  7. To update eligibility groups for an offer letter templates, click Eligibility Groups.
  8. To create a group, on the Eligibility Groups tab, click Create.
  9. Click the new field and select a group.
  10. Click Save.
  11. To delete a group, select the group and click Delete.
