Updating different offer templates for organizations with quick offer process

After you enable the quick offer process for an organization, you can update the configured multiple offer templates for internal and external candidates in a job requisition.

By default, the offer letter templates and offer email templates that you configure for different offer templates are selected.

  1. Select Talent Acquisition > Administration > Primary.
  2. Select an organization.
  3. Click Open.
  4. Click Requisition Defaults.
  5. Optionally, leave the Override Offer Letter Template in Position Configuration check box blank to use the offer letter template that you configure from the position configuration.
  6. Select the offer letter template and the offer email template to use for job applications of external candidates.
  7. Select the offer letter template and the offer email template to use for job applications of internal candidates.
  8. Click Save.
