Calling the candidates and other relevant contacts from the candidate profile

Depending on the available calling applications in their desktop and mobile devices, recruiters can call the candidate's phone numbers and emergency contacts from the candidate profile.

They can also call the candidate's phone numbers from the requisition level.

Recruiters can call these candidate's phone numbers:
  • Home
  • Work
  • Mobile
  • Secondary
  1. Select Candidates.
  2. Search the candidate in the candidate pool.

  3. Double-click a candidate profile.
  4. On Core Profile, in the Contact Information section, click a candidate's phone number.
  5. On Core Profile, in the Emergency Contacts section, click an emergency contact's number of the candidate.
  6. Click Open Pick an app.
  7. Optionally, select Always allow in the Open Pick an app? window.
  8. Select the calling application.
  9. To always use the calling application, click Always.
  10. To use the calling application once, click Just once.
