Viewing a succession profile

As an administrator or generalist, you can use this procedure to generate a succession profile for a resource.
  1. Select Plans.
  2. Click the Talent Pool or Succession Pool tab and generate the succession profile.
  3. To associate a template with the pool, or to change the template associated with a pool, select Actions > Associate Profile Template. Then select the appropriate template for the pool.
  4. To view a succession profile for a resource, select the resource from the list in the lower pane. In the Succession Profile column, click View. A document containing the resource's succession profile is generated.
