Creating a pool source

Use this procedure to create a pool source. Pool sources are used to create talent pools. You must create at least one pool source that can be used as the source when resources are automatically added to a talent pool.
  1. Select Administration > Setup.
  2. Click Pool Source.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Specify this information:
    Effective Date
    Select the date on which this pool source is available for use.
    Pool Source
    Specify an identifier for the pool source.
    Description
    Provide a description of this pool source. If no description is provided, then the Pool Source is used.
  5. Click Save.
