As an administrator or generalist, you can use this procedure to view of list of current resources that are in a feeder job. You can add resources to a succession pool or talent pool.
Select Maintenance > Succession Path.
In the Jobs pane, select a job, then right-click and select Open.
Click the Resources tab.
Optionally, add one or more resources to a succession or talent pool.
