Creating injury types

  1. Select Administration > Set Up > Safety > Injury Types.
  2. In the Safety pane, click Injury Types.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Type a code and description for the new injury type.
    Examples of injury types are Amputation, Asphyxia, Broken bones, Burns, Concussion, Contamination, Contusion.
  5. Optionally, clear the Active check box to hide this option from users during incident reporting.
  6. Click Save.
