Creating treatment facilities

Healthcare-treatment facilities are hospitals, clinics, or any medical facility.

  1. Select Administration > Set Up.
  2. In the Safety Report Configurations pane, click OSHA Establishments.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Specify this information for the facility where an injured person was brought to for treatment or hospitalization:
    Name
    Description
    Address
    Phone Number
    Active

    The status is active by default. Clear the check box to hide this option from users during incident reporting.

  5. Click Save.
