Configuring alerts

1. Select Administration > Set Up > Primary > Organization Configuration.
2. Select an organization.
3. Click the Alerts tab and specify this information:

   Incident

   Must respond to observation within _X_ days

   Complete this with a value that sets a deadline for the safety manager to perform an action on the observation record. Failure to respond results in a red alert on the observation log.

4. Click Save.
