Monitoring expiring and pending qualifications

As an administrator, you can monitor resource credentials and skills that are incomplete or missing a requested next renewal date. You can also track when a qualification will expire in less than thirty days. To monitor, select HR Administration > Qualifications > Tools And Tasks > Pending Expirations. On the Tools And Tasks tab, you can also monitor employee grace periods that are incomplete. You can renew the qualification, credentials and skills only, or send a notification from a template.
