Creating holiday time records for all active schedules

  1. Select Time > Administration > Setup.
  2. In the Schedules pane, click Holiday Schedules.
  3. Click Create Holiday Time Records.
  4. Specify the date range for the holiday.
  5. To delete all prior errors for the holiday schedules that are being processed, select the Delete Prior Records check box.
  6. To create holiday time records at a later time, select Schedule.
  7. Click OK.
