Verifying the date corrections on the employee audit and work assignment logs

As an administrator, you can verify the date corrections on the employee audit and work assignment logs after they update the hire, rehire, or termination dates.

To access the consolidated view of a resource's profile, you must enable the Administrators View of Employee Profile feature toggle.

See Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select Administrator > HR Talent Setup and Administration.

  1. In HR Administration, select Resources > Resource Search.
  2. Search for and open the resource profile that is updated recently with the hire, rehire, or termination date corrections.
  3. In the Dates pane, verify if the corrections are displayed.
  4. To verify date corrections on the work assignment log, in the Work Assignments pane, select an item.
  5. To verify hire, rehire, or terminate date corrections, right-click the item and select Audit > View Audit Log.
    The UpdateHire action is displayed on the latest employee and work assignment audit logs and the Corrected tag is displayed on the previous employee and work assignment audit logs that are used to hire, rehire, or terminate the employee. The tag is displayed after the employee and work assignment audit logs with HR Hire, HR Rehire, or HR Termination tags.

    The effective date on the work assignment log that is used to rehire the employee is updated with the effective date of the rehire on the employee record.

  6. To verify rehire date corrections for effective date, click More Actions > Audit > View Full Audit Log.
    The effective date on the previous employee audit log is updated with the effective date that you specify when you update the rehire date correction.

    The effective date on the work assignment log with the ChangeEffectiveDate action tag is updated with the effective date that you specify when you update the rehire date correction.
