Creating nationalities Use this procedure if your organization tracks the nationality of its resources. From HR Administration, select Administration > Setup. In the Personal pane, click Nationality. Click Create. Specify the information: Effective Date Required. Specify the effective date Nationality Required. Specify the name of the nationality. Description Specify a description. If left blank, the nationality defaults. Active The nationality is active by default. Clear the check box to inactivate it. Click Save.
