Creating reasons for travel-document cancellation
- From HR Administration, select Administration > Setup.
- In the Travel Documents pane, click Reason For Cancellation.
- Click Create.
- Specify this information:
- Effective Date

This field is required. Specify the first date when this reason will be available for selection by users.
- Reason For Cancellation

This field is required. Specify a name for the cancellation reason. For example, VISA EXPIRATION.
- Description

Specify a description. For example, state when it is appropriate to select this reason. If left blank, reason name defaults.
- Active

Select this check box to make the reason active. Clear the check box to inactivate it.
- Click Save.
