Updating credentials

If your organization uses email notifications, a different email template may be used for the Update and Renew Credential actions. So it is important to use the correct action so that the appropriate email is sent.

To access the consolidated view of a resource's profile, you must enable the Administrators View of Employee Profile feature toggle.

See Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select Administrator > HR Talent Setup and Administration.

  1. In HR Administration, select Resources > Resource Search.
  2. Search for a resource's record using a keyword or other options.
  3. Click the Talent tab.
  4. In the Credentials section, right-click a credential and select Update.
  5. Specify an effective date and update your changes.
  6. Click Save.
