Comparing percent fits for multiple work assignments or resources

You may want to use this form to view a resource's fitness for all of the resource's work assignments, compare the percent fit of all of the resources assigned to the same position or job within an organization unit, or display all of the resources that are assigned to the same position within an organization unit or location.

To access the consolidated view of a resource's profile, you must enable the Administrators View of Employee Profile feature toggle.

See Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select Administrator > HR Talent Setup and Administration.

  1. In HR Administration, select Resources > Resource Search.
  2. Search for a resource's record using a keyword or other options.
  3. On the Work tab, click Fit Analysis in the Additional Sections pane.
  4. Select a work assignment.
  5. In the Competency And Skill Fit Analysis section, you can view a graphic representation of the position's competencies and skills versus the resource's competencies and skills.
    The default graph is a spider graph. Click Charts > Competency And Skill Fit Analysis - Bar to view the same information as a bar graph.
  6. Open the work assignment to view the full details of the fit analysis.
