Viewing system generated emails

As an HR administrator, you can view all emails and attachments sent to an employee in their profile. The system-generated emails view shows a consolidated list of stored emails, with relevant details such as the sender, recipient, subject, email body, and associated attachments.

Before you can view system-generated emails, you must enable the Store System Generated Emails and Attachments feature at the organization level.

See Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select Administrator > HR Talent Setup and Administration > Organizational structure > Configurable features > Configuring features for organizations.

  1. From HR Administration, select Resources > Resource Search.
  2. Search for and open a resource record.
  3. On the Work tab, click System Generated Emails in the Additional Sections pane.
  4. To view stored emails, open a record and click the Email tab.
    If the email has an associated attachment, a Paperclip button is displayed in the record.
  5. To view attachments associated with the email, click the Attachments tab.
    If the email has only one attachment, clicking the Paperclip button downloads the file. If the email has multiple attachments, clicking the Paperclip button opens the attachments list.
