Editing work schedules Administrators can edit work schedules to add the start, break, and end times. From HR Administration, select Administration > Setup. In the Work Assignment pane, click Work Schedules. Select a work schedule. Click Open. Specify this information: Start Time Specify a start time for the work schedule. Break Hours Specify the hours the employee can take breaks. End Time Specify a time when the employee's work schedule ends. Click Save.
