Creating military statuses

Create the military statuses that are significant to your organization.

  1. From HR Administration, select Administration > Setup.
  2. In the Personal pane, click Military Status.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Specify this information:
    Military Status

    Required. Specify the military status name.

    Description

    Specify a description for the military status. If left blank, the military status name defaults.

    Active

    The military status is active by default. Clear the check box to inactivate it.

  5. Click Save.
