Verifying Report on Hirings report

You must verify the accuracy of the generated report file.

This table lists errors and warnings and describes the actions required to resolve each issue.

Message	Type	Cause	Resolution
No Employees to process	Error	There are no Employees to be generated in the Report On Hirings.	Check the parameters set in Generate Report On Hirings action.
Legal Entity does not exist on Work Assignment	Error	If Run Option is Report All and there is no defined Legal Entity in the resource’s Work Assignment record.	Specify a value in the Legal Entity field of the resource’s Work Assignment record.
Legal Establishment does not exist on Work Assignment	Error	There is no defined Legal Establishment in the resource’s Work Assignment record.	Specify a value in the Legal Establishment field of the resource’s Work Assignment record.
Employee does not have an Identification Number	Error	There is no defined Identification Number in the resource’s record.	Create a Canadian Identification record and define the resource’s Identification Number.
Must define Payroll Account Number in Legal Establishment	Error	There is no defined Payroll Account Number in the Legal Establishment setup of the records being processed.	Define a value in the Payroll Account Number field of the Legal Establishment setup record.
Employer does not have a Local Office	Warning	There is no defined Local Office in the Legal Establishment setup record.	Specify a value in the Local Office field of the Legal Establishment setup record.
Employer does not have a Pay Locator	Warning	There is no defined Pay Locator in the Legal Establishment setup record.	Specify a value in the Pay Locator field of the Legal Establishment setup record.
