Setting up configurable fields for current employment statistics

Before generating the Current Employment Statistics report, you can add configurable fields to override employee counts, add the reporting unit number, and add comment codes.
  1. Select Payroll > Administration > Reports.
  2. In the US Regulatory pane, click Employment Statistics.
  3. In the Setup section, click Configurable Fields.
  4. Click Create.
  5. Specify this information:
    Division Code
    Specify a division code.
    Reporting Unit Number
    Optionally, specify a reporting unit number.
    Override Count All Employees
    Optionally, specify an employee count to override for the division code.
    Override Production, Construction, Nonsupervisory Employee Count
    Optionally, specify an employee count to override for the division code.
    Override Count Women Employees
    Optionally, specify an employee count to override for the division code.
    Comment Codes
    Optionally, specify a comment code from the Bureau Of Labor Statistics.
  6. Click Save.
