Adding additional payroll distribution overrides

  1. Select Payroll > Administration > Setup.
  2. In the Payroll Distribution pane, click Deductions.
  3. In the Payroll Distribution - Deduction section, click Create.
  4. Specify this information:
    Position
    Select a position to create the payroll distribution override for.
    Deduction Code
    Select a deduction code to create the payroll distribution override for.
  5. Specify all or part of the Expense and Accrual Accounts, or both.
  6. Click Save.
