Configuring federal quarterly configurable fields

Use these steps to specify and override values for federal form 941 for each quarter and legal entity.
  1. Select Payroll > Administration > Reports.
  2. In the US Regulatory pane, click Federal Quarterly.
  3. In the Setup pane, click Configurable Fields.
  4. Click Create.
  5. Specify this information:
    Payroll Year
    Specify the payroll year for the federal quarterly tax return. For example, 2023.
    Quarter
    Specify the quarter for the federal quarterly tax return. Select First, Second, Third, or Fourth.
  6. Optionally, specify a legal entity.
  7. Optionally, specify information in the rest of the configurable fields on the Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, and Coronavirus tabs.
  8. Click Save.
