Releasing time records

  1. Select Payroll > Time.
  2. In the Batch pane, click Time Record Batches.
    A list of all the batches and time records in those batches is displayed along with the total hours for each batch. If control totals are enabled, Control Hours and Variance Hours are displayed. To release the records, there must be no variance.
  3. Select a batch.
  4. Click Release Time Records.
  5. From the Move to Status menu, select Current or Future.
  6. Specify a one time deduction date in the One Time Deduction field.
  7. Click OK.
    The time records are moved to Current or Future status, and the batch is deleted and removed from the list.
