Processing adjustments for tips

  1. Select Payroll > Off Cycle.
  2. Click the Adjustments tab.
  3. Select the adjustment record to calculate tips for, or create a new adjustment record.
    See Creating Adjustments.
  4. Click Calculate Tips.
    Note: When payroll is locked, the Calculate Tips button is not available for adjustments.
  5. View the results of adjustment tip calculation.

  6. If there are any warnings or errors for the adjustment tip calculation, select Payroll > Off Cycle > Tips > Tip Calculation Errors to view them.
