Deleting a Pay Rate Change Record

A pay rate change record can only be deleted if no time records are associated with it.

Pay rate change records with a status of Not Processed and or On Hold can be deleted.

Use this procedure to delete a pay change record:

  1. Select Payroll > Time > Retroactive > Pay > Retroactive Employee Pay Changes.
  2. On the Not Processed or On Hold tab, select the record.
  3. Click the Actions button.
  4. Select Delete.
  5. Click OK.
