Assigning tax numbers to legal entities and establishments

  1. Select Payroll > Administration > Setup.

  2. In the Structure pane, click Deductions.
  3. On the Tax Authorities tab, select a federal or state tax authority.
  4. On the Tax Numbers tab, click Create.
  5. Specify this information:
    Legal Entity
    Specify a legal entity.
    Legal Establishment
    Specify a legal establishment.
    Tax Identification Number
    Specify the tax identification number.
    Employer Account Number
    Specify the employer account number.
  6. Click Save.
