Enabling changes to alternate pay rate and add on pay

Changes to alternate pay rate and add on pay rate are only captured if the Enable Capture Of Retroactive Changes To Alternate And Add On Pay Rates option is enabled. Enabling this option prevents multiple retroactive changes to alternate and add on rates for the same employee without processing the previous changes.

  1. Select Payroll > Administration > Payroll Configuration.
  2. Select a configuration.
  3. Click the Country Configurations tab.
  4. Open the US country configuration.
  5. On the Payroll tab, select the Enable Capture Of Retroactive Changes To Alternate And Add On Pay Rates check box.
  6. Click Save.
