Creating Report on Hirings report

  1. Select Payroll > Administration > Reports.
  2. In the Canadian Regulatory pane, click Report On Hirings.
  3. Click Generate Report On Hirings.
  4. Specify this information.
    Run Option
    Select a run option.
    • Report All: The default value. Select this option to process all employees.

      If you select this option, legal entity and legal establishment must not be specified.

    • Legal Entity: Select this option to process all employees within the selected legal entity.

      You must select a legal entity.

    • Legal Establishment: Select this option to process all employees within the selected legal establishment.

      You must select a legal establishment.

    Eligibility Group
    Specify the custom group or the eligibility group criteria from the employee business class.
    Reporting Period Year
    Specify the employee's First Date Worked year in the resource's file.
    Reporting Period Month
    Specify the employee's First Date Worked month in the resource's file.
  5. Click Submit.
