You must verify the accuracy of the generated report.

This table lists errors and warnings and describes the actions required to resolve each issue.

Payroll Year is invalid.	Error	Payroll Year specified is less than 20 years from current date.	Specify a Payroll Year which is greater than or equal to current date.
Month is required.	Error	There is no value selected in the Month field.	Select a Month.
Payment Schedule is required.	Error	There is no value specified in the Payment Schedule field.	Specify a valid value in the Payment Schedule field.
No employees to report.	Error	There are no employees extracted using the selection criteria specified in Generate Statistics Canada Survey.	Ensure that all parameters are reviewed and the correct criteria are specified to produce the intended output.
Tax Province does not exist.	Error	Specified an invalid or non-existent value.	Specify a valid value in the Residence Province field.
Payroll Account Number does not exist.	Error	Specified an invalid or non-existent value.	Specify a valid value in the Payroll Account Number field.
Quebec Enterprise Number does not exist.	Error	Specified an invalid or non-existent value.	Specify a valid value in the Quebec Enterprise Number field.
Legal Entity does not exist	Error	Specified an invalid or non-existent value.	Select a valid value in the Legal Entity field.
Deduction Class does not exist.	Error	Specified an invalid or non-existent value.	Select a valid value in the Deduction Class field.
No Deduction codes found for deduction class <Deduction Class>.	Error	The selected deduction class does not have deduction codes tied to it.	Select a valid value in the Deduction Class field.
Pay Class does not exist.	Error	Specified an invalid or non-existent value.	Select a valid value in the Pay Class field.
Must select at least one Pay Class.	Error	If there is no pay class specified in the Regular pay class fields.	Specify at least one valid pay class under Regular pay classes.
No Pay Summary Group found for Pay Class.	Error	The selected pay class does not have pay summary groups tied to it.	Select a valid value in the Pay Class field.
This field array contains duplicate values.	Error	There are duplicate pay classes specified in either the Regular, Overtime, or Special Payments pay class array.	Specify a unique pay class values in the Regular, Overtime, or Special Payments array of pay classes.
Begin Date is required.	Error	A special payment pay class is specified, but there is no corresponding begin date.	Specify a Begin Date.
End Date is required.	Error	A special payment pay class is selected and a begin date is specified, but there is no corresponding end date.	Specify an End Date.
Begin Date cannot be after the End Date.	Error	The specified begin date is greater than the end date.	Specify a valid date that is less than the end date.
Business Class Group does not exist. Business Class=Employee, Business Class Group=<Eligibility Group>	Error	The selected Eligibility Group is invalid/does not exist.	Specify a valid Eligibility Group.
Work Type does not exist.	Error	Specified an invalid or non-existent value.	Select a valid value in the Work Type field.
Must select at least one part time work type code.	Error	All five fields are left blank in the Work Type Codes.	Select at least one valid value in the Work Type field.
Pay Summary Group is already included in Regular Pay Class, must correct and rerun: <Pay Summary Grp>.	Error	The pay summary group is already included in the pay class indicated in the Regular pay.	Specify a unique pay class values in the Regular, Overtime, or Special Payments array of pay classes.
Pay Summary Group is already included in Overtime Pay Class, must correct and rerun: <Pay Summary Grp>.	Error	The pay summary group is already included in the pay class indicated in the Overtime pay.
