Viewing Employees With No Earnings report

  1. Select Payroll > Administration > Reports.
  2. In the Canadian Regulatory pane, click Employees With No Earnings Report.
  3. Select a submitted report.
  4. Click Open.

    The list shows the employees who have not received any Insurable Earnings and has triggered an interruption of earnings.

    You can use this list to identify the employee that may require Records of Employment file.
