Estimating the number of Releve slips

Multiple slips are created in any of these scenarios:

• If there is more than one Quebec Enterprise Number that the employee has Deductions By Quarter records for.
• If there are more than four Additional Information codes and amounts to report in the center of the RL-1 slip.
• If there are more than four Additional Information codes and amounts to report in the center of the RL-2 slip.
