Sending email notifications for Canadian payroll compliance documents

  1. Select Payroll > Administration > Reports.
  2. In the Canadian Regulatory pane, click Year End.
  3. In the Reports pane, click the slip to generate.
  4. On the Employee Header tab, select a record.
  5. Click Send Email.
    To send emails to all employees, click Send Mass Email.
  6. Click Submit.
You can use delivered email templates or create a new template. Additionally, you can include a file attachment when you send an email.
