Setting an appraisal to incomplete

Use the Incomplete action to mark appraisals that were not completed during the input period. This action is available to Administrator, HRGeneralist, and HRGeneralistActorOrgUnit roles.

Appraisals in these statuses are marked as incomplete:

  • Draft
  • In Progress
  • Preliminary
  • Pending Acknowledgment
  • Submitted for Review
  • Ready for Review
  1. Select Appraisals > Appraisal Maintenance > All.
  2. Locate the appraisal to update.
  3. Right-click the appraisal copy.

    If you select the manager copy, the employee and other rater copies are set to Incomplete.

    If you select the employee or other rater copy, only that specific appraisal is updated.

  4. Click Incomplete.
  5. When prompted, click OK.

    The appraisal will now show as Incomplete.
