Canceling an appointment for one employee Select Occupational Health > Administration > Setup. In the Occupational Health pane, click Appointments. On the Today or Future tab, select the check box for an employee appointment record. Select an employee appointment record. Select More Actions (ellipsis) > Cancel Email. Specify this information: Reason Optionally, specify a reason code. Comments Provide comments to track with this canceled appointment. Click Submit. A cancellation message is sent to this employee only.
