Canceling an appointment for one employee

  1. Select Occupational Health > Administration > Setup.
  2. In the Occupational Health pane, click Appointments.
  3. On the Today or Future tab, select the check box for an employee appointment record.
  4. Select an employee appointment record.
  5. Select More Actions (ellipsis) > Cancel Email.
  6. Specify this information:
    Reason
    Optionally, specify a reason code.
    Comments
    Provide comments to track with this canceled appointment.
  7. Click Submit.

    A cancellation message is sent to this employee only.
