Canceling a group appointment Select Occupational Health > Health Components. Click Maintenance > Group Appointments. In the Appointment List panel, select the check box for an appointment. Select More Actions (ellipsis) > Cancel Email. Verify that the email described on this page is the one to cancel. Specify this information: Reason Optionally, specify a reason code. Recipients do not see this value. Comments Provide comments to track with this canceled appointment. Recipients do not see comments. Click Submit. A message that announces the cancellation is sent to all employees who were invited to this appointment.
