Canceling transition tasks

As a manager, you can cancel and review transition tasks from multiple areas, including transition programs, transfer‑related transition programs, and administrative transition tasks tab.

Canceling a task from a transition program

As a manager, you can cancel a task directly from a transition program.

  1. Select Transition and Cases.
  2. Click the Transition Programs tab.
  3. Select a transition program.
  4. Click the All tab.
  5. Open a record.
  6. On the Tasks tab, select a task.
  7. Click Cancel.

Viewing canceled administrative tasks

As a manager, you can view canceled administrative transition tasks.

  1. Select Transition and Cases.
  2. Click the Administrative Transitions Tasks tab.
  3. In the Completed section, you can view the canceled tasks.

Canceling tasks from an employee’s transition programs

As a manager, you can cancel a task from any transition program assigned to an employee.

  1. Select Hiring.
  2. Click the Positions and Budgets tab.
  3. In the Actions pane, select Request A Transfer.
  4. Click the Employee To Transfer tab.
  5. Select and open an employee record.
  6. Click the Transition Programs tab.
  7. Open a transition program.
  8. On the Tasks tab, select a task.
  9. Click Cancel.
