Canceling a corrective action

Cancel a corrective action to halt its progress before the corrective action is issued to the employee. To cancel a corrective action, you must have the Manager, Administrator, or HR Generalist role.

  1. Select Manager > Team > Profiles.
  2. Open a resource and select the Performance tab.
  3. In the Corrective Actions pane, select a corrective action.
  4. Click Cancel for a corrective action that is in Draft, Reviewed, or In Review status.
  5. Select a reason for canceling the corrective action.
  6. Optionally, add a comment.
  7. Click Submit.
    The corrective action is placed into Cancelled status.
    If a corrective action is canceled in error, use the Reactivate action to reinstate it and place the corrective action in a status of Draft.
