Rejecting goals

  1. Select Team > Profiles.
  2. Select and open the employee for whom to reject a goal.
  3. Click the Performance tab.
  4. Open the Goals pane.
  5. In the Pending section, right-click the goal to reject and select Reject Goal.
  6. Add comments explaining the reason for rejecting the goal, and click OK.

    The goal moves from your list of pending goals to the employees list of pending goals in Draft status, with a yellow alert denoting that it has been rejected.

    If the organization uses automatic notifications, the employee will be notified by email that the goal has been rejected.
